B2B Nature of Our Business

Garmexo operates strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) apparel manufacturer and exporter. All products are custom-made according to buyer specifications, including design, fabric, sizing, branding, and packaging.

Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered products do not match the approved specifications or confirmed samples
  • Manufacturing defects that significantly affect product usability
  • Proven quality issues caused during production and not due to misuse, handling, or transportation after dispatch

All claims must be supported with clear photographic or video evidence.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect specifications provided by the buyer
  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or measurements within acceptable industry tolerance
  • Delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, or force majeure events
  • Orders already approved through samples or production confirmation

Advance payments and deposits are non-refundable once production has started.


Refund Request Process

To request a refund, buyers must:

  1. Notify Garmexo in writing within 7 business days of receiving the goods
  2. Provide order details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
  3. Submit supporting evidence for verification

All refund requests will be reviewed carefully by our quality and management team.


Refund Resolution

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund amount will be processed through the original payment method, or
  • Adjusted against future orders, subject to mutual agreement

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking channels.


Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is proven to be caused directly by Garmexo.
